Naruto have a "kind" of Susanoo. He uses Kyuubi just like Sasuki and Itachi uses Susanoo.
Notice: It isn't Kyuubi formed like him. It's Kyuubis chakra it's form like Kyuubi. Kyuubi uses Naruto to take control unlike Eight tailed.

We can consider Kurama's chakra cloak comparable to Susanoo but I think perfect suanoo surpasses Kurama's chakra cloak's defense.

Not really. Susanoo is formed from the chakra of the user, while Kurama is completely different chakra.

Naruto and Kurama have melded to chakra together. So techincally they are one being. When naruto clones his chakra he is also cloning kurama's which is why both BM clones of naruto could have kurama talk through them. Naruto's clones have surpassed kage level.

We can consider Kurama's chakra cloak comparable to Susanoo but I think perfect suanoo surpasses Kurama's chakra cloak's defense.

Susanoo has a damaging effect on the user and Kurama his chakra has a healing and restoring effect.
I dont know which defence is stronger, but Susanoo already doing damage to the user, without the opponent doing anything, makes its defence quality a lot less imo.
Seeing Kurama being able to defend vs Tailed beast bomb with his tails, I dont think Kurama his cloak is much worse, if worse at all compared to Susanoo defence.
