Hashirama
Naruto's advantages
Summary for the lazy:
Hashirama's main advantage over Naruto would be that his mokuton is able to supress bijuu chakra with mokuton.
Naruto could be able to counter this by returning to regular size and moving, like he did
Flower tree world can be dangerous due to the pollen, but just like Onoki he can simply just destroy it.
Regular mokuton techniques wont be enough to stop Naruto, he was able to stop Madara's technique with a clone who had already done a lot of fighting.
If it's a close range fight Hashirama has the option to do something like what Obito did.
But this wasn't enough to hold down Naruto, he should also be able to avoid it if he was able to avoid the Raikages max speed at point blank.

. Or he could have used several shadow clones to use rasengans to destroy the technique. Either way he's able to deal with it.Flower tree world can be dangerous due to the pollen, but just like Onoki he can simply just destroy it.

Naruto's advantages
As shown before Naruto's speed is a huge advantage which Hashirama hasn't shown any feats to overcome it. Kakashi wasn't able to keep track of him with his sharringan.
Naruto is also able to use shadow clones in his new forms which makes it even harder for Hashirama.
Most importantly his clones are able to do everything the original can do.
The real Naruto seems to be the clone with Kakashi whilst the clone was the one with Bee, who was in full bijuu mode preparing a super bijuu dama. I can't say for sure which is the clone because it's hard to keep track but there are other pages available if you look around, but there shouldn't be any need of proof to say the clones can use exactly what the original can do.
Hashirama isn't tanking a bijuu dama or the continous bijuu dama's, please don't bring up the game footage because that's non-cannon(it's not written by the author). Also the continuous bijuu dama's seem to be the same power as the basic one used by all the tailed beasts, it's blast was as large if not larger than the juubi which is roughly the size of a mountain.
