Do the Uzumaki's know each other by Full Name?

I know Karin is an Uzumaki, although I don't remember if Sasuke knows that Karin is like Naruto's Cousin. And then there is Nagato, who is also an Uzumaki. I always wonder if Naruto would have been angrier if he knew his whole home was destroyed by his relative!!! What I hate is that Naruto is the only Uzumaki that tells ANYONE his full name!!!! Poor Karin, with no chance of catching Sasuke's Heart, know that he knows she is an Uzumaki... xd Anyway, I want to know what you think Naruto's reaction would be if he found out Karin was his, like, Cousin or Something. Or Nagato. Any Character's reaction would be good to use. Also, technically, isn't Naruto's real name Naruto Namikaze? Cus that is still hard to say, like a tongue twister or something... I really want to know how everyone things Sasuke should react to this news, Or poor Jiraiya who taught Nagato, Naruto, AND Minato, who are all related. Cus that means that Tsunade = Nagato Because Tsunade's Grandmother was named Mito Uzumaki!!! And when Nagato Learns that he was wrong to call naruto Sibling Disiplan, because they are literally related through blood :flaw:*Nagato slaps Naruto and yells* WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME!!! Yeah, Really. I don't think Naruto knows that his entire Outfit used to be COVERED in his old clan's sign, the spiral. Surprisingly, Naruto's name, I think, mean's Spiral, when the Uzumaki clan lived in the Land of Whirlpools, In the Hidden Village of Whirlpools, And Uzumaki means either spiral or Whirlpool XD So Naruto's whole name means Spiral Spiral, or Spiral Whirlpool. XD
