No, he's not. Chidori was able to damage Raikage's raiton shroud, so Raikiri, which is much more powerful than Chidori, would have most likely penetrated it. I think Kakashi's sight can keep up with Raikage pretty well. Obito noticed Raikage's incoming attack fast enough to use Kamui for raikage's punch to slip through. On the other hand, he was not able to notice Kakashi kamuing Naruto in front of his eyes. Hence, I'm pretty sure Kamui is faster than Raikage's movement.

But this is all offtopic, since the OP is about Kakashi VS Minato... not A.

And regarding the topic, IMO Minato would win but definitely not as easily as some people on here seem to think. And it's not like Kakashi has 0 chances of winning, either.

Naruto is just a little faster than the Raikage and if Obito could have he would already have sent him to the next demension and its pretty obv Obito is more skilled than Kakashi with Kamui.

Minato will win this fight nine times out of ten, think about this for a second, what attack does Kakashi have that can actually hit Minato besides Kamui? Nothing. Minato was able to avoid being sucked up by Obito, he was fast enough to escape Kamui before it even hit him.

Minato has barrier seals which can defend against any of Kakashi's large scale ninjutsu, Minato is also considered the fastest shinobi in all of Naruto, not just because of FTG, but because his basic speed and reflexes are insane. I love Kakashi, he's one of my favorite characters, but he's far from surpassing Minato, especially since we don't even know all of Minato's abilities at this point.

That said, a more skilled Kamui user (Obito) already got schooled by Minato ... so ... yeah. :|

but obito uses his sharingan for sh*t purposes. kakashi memories other jutsu's, and he can now use kamui to send stuff back and forth. not to mention his lightning release. we saw how obito used kamui to amp up a fire style. what if kakashi could do the same? obito use to be my favorite character, but now I don't know about it....

ask yourself this what attack does minato have that can touch kakashi. look im not saying kakashi will kick his ass. Im saying that kakashi has a chance to beat him. kakashi will not just allow minato to attack him. Kakashi taijutsu is probably better( kakashi fights wwith gai at a regular basis). kakashi base speed is far from slow he kept up with a 6th gated gai plus he has a sharingan he can predict minato moves. Minato reflexs will not get by kakashi. Minato moving to close to kakashi would be almost sucide with kamui. kakashi arguably knows more techs including genjutsu and sealing. It is not a sure win for minato

Minato is too fast for Kamui, plus Kakashi has no defense like Susano'o or like Obito to go intangible. Dare I say Minato low difficulty. Minato is definitely one person I don't ever see Kakashi defeating, unless he can go intangible.

Minato takes this comfortably, his FTG is a better counter for Kakashi's Kamui rather than Obito's.

Minato can just use his FTG stay out of Kakashi's sight, if he can't see him, he can't warp him.

In the end its the same as countering Amaterasu, stay out of the Sharingan's sight.

You make it sound easy.
Kakashi's Kamui is faster than Obito's. What's more, Kakashi can warp both at close and long range, as opposed to Obito.
While it's true that he lacks intangibility as of yet, it would definitely be a difficult fight for Minato, though he would most likely take it.

Teleport him from WHAT?
As I said, Kakashi can warp him instantly, as opposed to Obito. Minato barely escaped Obito's Kamui, he could not escape Kakashi's.

And if you mean that he could teleport out of the other dimension - sorry, no indication of this possible. With Obito being sure that Minato won't be able to escape, it's very unlikely.
