[Spoilers] Can Obito use the Human Path to rip out Madara's soul if he wanted to?

A lot of people are saying Obito and Madara will betray each other and I believe it.

Madara said the only way to beat him is to seal him but he left out another way to beat him: The Human Path of the Rinnegan. And the other User of the Rinnegan is Obito.

(Below is an Example of how Nagato's Human path of the six pains used it on their victim.)

So instead of sealing Madara, can Obito just use the human path on him and rip his soul out and
Madara is defeated just like that!

It's not like a one-shot kill. Nagato tried to rip out Naruto's soul and he failed, remember. Madara would probably triumph as well and kick Obito's ass to the other dimension

I thought soon as the Human path is used on you, your soul is ripped out instantly.

Edo Nagato used Human Path on Naruto but it did not work instantly. It took time and what's more is, Naruto was still able to move as he tried to use Rasengan but got absorbed by Edo Nagato. Another thing, previously in the same chapter Naruto states that Edo Nagato's rinnegan powers are on a different level now than how they were before when he had the Pein Paths. I think 'Timursa' is right, if Naruto was almost able to escape it, then so will Madara and he might actually succeed since his abilities are raw power.

OT:Madara could use Susano'o to protect himself before Obito manages to touch him.
