In chapter 610 when Obito calls Madara a kid, Madara was the one who finished the sentence, so maybe Madara told Obito these same words in the past in order to get him to turn evil and do a lot of his dirty work up until now. Notice how Obito starts the sentence by saying "A kid is Someone... and Madara finishes the sentence by saying ... That is too hasty and unable to wait."

Actually the original Japanese text suggests he's referring to Obito reviving the 10 tails earlier than planned, without first dealing with Naruto and Bee.
