Kisuke's plan

At the end of the chapter yet again it show's that kisuke has been plotting ahead of schedule meaning he had assumption that Yama would die and that squad zero would arrive cause at the end of the chapter kisuke says good your all together. How would he know this them all being together in one place it's not as though the whole time he has kept com's up. Maybe it was kisuke who informed squad zero of the situation as well.


Also I have a weird idea about how Byakuya and the rest will be healed which is two possibility's
1: the area where the soul king is has amplified reishi for healing which could also be bad if Quincy ever infiltrated because they can absorb reishi but also it could be used for super healing.

2: they could use the method of ichigo's final getsuga training place the precipice world where the cleaner is and use the method isshin used to make it so time passes for the healing process which would also make Renji, Rukia and byakuya older in the end.

3: I believe that isshin learn the precipice tech and idea from his time with the members of the royal guard.
