my top 5 (no edos or dead people)

It is my first top 5 of strongest characters(alive) currently so i may be wrong.
Obito: kamui, gedo mazo now ten tails, powerful uchiha techs directly learned from madara.
Naruto bijuu mode: infinite chakra, speed, insane strenght which can only be equalized by PS
Orochimaru: you all know why./Kabuto: DSM and all sound 4 Dna if i'm not mistaken.
Kakashi: he became pretty powerful now with kamui and chidori /Gai: He has 7gates which is very fast and powerful so imagine the 8th.
Sasuke Ems: we did not see what he can do so based on his techs from Ms, he is last from now

What do you think? is it bad or good ? tell me.
