Nobody knows that only madara knew the juubi......... He did not revived it juubi did not die!!!!!
Only sealed...the so6p died confirmed/fact.... Madara unsealed it....... If madara will survived, even without help from obito madara will captured all jinchuuriki. Come-on, it only return in favor to madara because he save life of obito.
Madara's tactics is very relax he's not hurrying, unlike obito.......
