can sakura learn rasengan ?

We saw so many characters perform rasengan ..

For example: naruto,jiraya,minato,kakashi and even konohamaru

Do u think sakura has what it take to learn rasengan ,
for me i think she can learn it so what about you

Rasengan formed by gaining certain amount of chakra on ur palm without using any seals or hand formation. Yes, sakura can. But it also need the user to properly spin it in order to get a right speed and momentum or certainty in doing it. In that case, she cant, because she cant even choose between naruto the hero and sasuke the villain.

She hasn't even been shown to be able to use Chakra Scalpel yet...so I doubt it...

I mean she could learn it but there's be no point.
Probably doesn't have that great chakra reserves anyway and needs them for medical ninjutsu.

Yes she can... she was stated to have excellent chakra control..much better than that of naruto...

She absolutely cannot learn it. Why? Because of plot. Why would she have the Yondaime's technique? Konohamaru has the excuse of being the Sandaime's grandson and being a high Chuunin-level genin. Not to mention he basically shares the same personality as Part 1 Naruto.

The fact that she won't have it because of plot is, nonetheless not arguable, however, taking into consideration the Jutsu's description she can learn it!
