how can tsuande beat gaara

I hear a lot of people say tsunade is stronger than gaara I don't see how. She is slower than sasuke before shippuden. So she has no chance of getting thru his defense or evading his sand.

I don't either tbh. Probably because she has immense chakra. Incredible speed. Abundance of power. She can regenerate body parts. And her summon can he even restore a body thats been cut in half. Another huge factor is her raw strength. Overall, her wisdom attributes as one of her largest factors if not her largest. She created her own jutsus from cells in her forehead (mitotic regeneration) and she uses her strength to backup this wisdom. Vise Versa. Tsunade is stronger now that i think about it.

I don't see that as a HUGE attribute. althought it is indeed a very nice attribute, and i will add it. I think her wisdom is also an attribute. She was able to use and create Mitotic Regeneration (not sure about spelling). Her raw strength backs up her wisdom imo.

i think people over play tsunade. she has literally zero range. gaara can fly using sand. i think he wins the vast majority of this match, if it was fought 100 times, id say gaara 70-80 wins. and some above post said kid le and gaara could break through the sand, which is true, but gaara isnt a kid anymore is he?

I think the fight could go either way to be honest. Tsunade is extremely powerful and it wouldn't take much for her to kill Gaara if she was able to actually break his defense. But I think your making it sound easier to accomplish this than it actually is. Not only is Gaara a long ranged fighter, he's also very tactful and can do a fantastic job at keeping the enemy away through his long ranged attacks.

Gaara has great reflexes as shown in his fight against Rock Lee, he was able to keep up enough with Lee's incredible speed to actually avoid his attacks(Until he actually used the gates). I'm not saying Tsunade is slow, but she's certainly not as fast as Rock Lee. This will make it even tougher for Tsunade, because as far as we know her only means of attack is physical.

Gaara has also been shown to be able to use the body flicker technique, which can allow him to close the gap against Tsunade very quickly, or if needed escape her momentarily to reform a defense against her next attack or throw an attack out himself. It's really hard to say who wins, but I think Gaara has a slight edge just based off of his fighting style. No disrespect to Tsunade here.

You gaara fans talk about sand sand sand all the time, you fail to realize that even sasuke and lee broke through his defense, dont you think that tsunade who has broken susanoos can too, and for people who are saying that he will bury her, she can just summon katsuyu and dissipate his sand, or she can go into katsuyu for protection seeing as katsuyu is immune to high level attacks. You people really underrate tsunade. She can pulverise him, remember she is a sannin and a hokage and she is also one of the most powerful ninja's that Konoha has produced and has been fighting wayyyyy since before gaara was born
