healthy Nagato or Hashirama

Which of these guys do you think is the strongest. Honestly i think if nagato was healthy and had full use of his legs he would be above Hashi but that is my opinion. So from judging from what we know about the two who do you guys think is more powerful.

Idk. Honestly its a close battle. We haven't seen too much of healthy nagato's powers. Nor have we seen much of Hashirama (Madara is showing us most of his power)
