anyways who and how were these weapons created?!?
was it the uchiha and the senju?!
did the so6p have another child?

They were probably forged for the mist, by the mist, andof the mist (Haha history reference). Nothing to do with the Sage. It was merely the hidden mist making the tools probably for the first generation of swordsmen or the seven swordsmen themselves made them and banded together.
