the thing i have always wondered is since tsukiyomi requires eye contact, if you dont look in say itachis eyes tsukiyomi wont work......so since eye of the moon is just tsukiyomi projected on the moon, if you dont look at the moon then you cant get caught in the jutsu.....so using that knowledge make me think that that was never madaras plan....instead he just wants to be next so6p and to rule the world....and just made up eye of the moon plan to manipulate obito.....i mean why else would he want to be revived....

I really find Madara's whole explanation overly lacking. It more sounded like he was trying to catch his followers, Obito and Nagato, with that. And these people look like he used them. I don't really believe that the plan is all he wants to do or that he fully spoke the truth and explained what is really behind it. Why would he want it anyway?
Plus yeah, based on that logic, why can't the shinobi just prepare by warning everyone to not look at the moon?
