Givin the time and preperation Kabuto would have beaten Obito. Why did he chose not to? Was he really afraid?
Why was Kabuto so afriad of battling with a rennigan user when Obito shown nothing?

Unless he knew for certain the one he was fighting was the Actual Tobi and not just a Renn Puppet, it would be foolish to start that battle. We all know how that went for J-Man.

Kabuto is the cautious type. Unless he knows everything about his opponent and his/her abilities he won't force a confrontation.

Why risk fighting someone you know little to nothing about? It doesn't usually pan out well for that person, as we saw from Jiraiya's unfortunate death.
Kabuto knew he was in an opposing position even if Tobi acted against him. What he didn't know was that Madara had the means of releasing Edo Tensei, so I don't think Kabuto was afraid just smart.

the reason maybe is he (kabuto) dont want to risk a fight ...

kabuto didnt know obito cant really wield rinnegan like nagato can. he feared getting into a fight with someone with ems madara level sharingan and nagato level rinnegan. this isnt the case.
