Of course he can use his right eye but that would be stupid since he needs that eye. But i'm wondering if he can use the rinnegan? it's not a sharigan but the rinnegan evolved from the sharigan but will it go blind since it was a ems that turned into the rinnegan? Is it still eternal since it's not his own eye? Does it stop being a ems since it's now a rinnegan? or is it only something Madara can do since it's his eyes?
Can Obito still use izanagi?

I think he can but he's not gonna waste his good eye on that technique.

He doesn't use it much he only used it to control the bijus but that's it

). His sharingan only has Kamui and he used another Uchiha's sharingan in the past which had Izanagi, just like Danzo used another Uchiha's sharingan which had Izanagi and not Shisui's eye. The Rinnegan has not even been seen to have spammed any sharingan techniques never mind Izanagi.

You can use izanagi in any eye. Itachi stated that uchiha's continuously used izanagi. Also Danzo used izanagi with all 10 sharingans he had, are you saying he knew which eye izanagi was in, in the people's eyes he took.
Also izanagi is an ability for all uchiha it is not unique, it can be used in both eyes if the user does not mind losing an eye
Can he use Izanagi with the Rinnegan? Also will it still go blind since it is a ems?

I would say no because nagato could not use sharingan ablities from madara's eye so I am amusing that that rinnegan tobi and nagato had can all use rinnegan techs.
Because when danzo had shisui's sharingan he could do sharingan techs meaning that he could use izanagi but this rinnegan looks restricted to rinnegan

No you cannot. Itachi was implying that a number of Uchiha had Izanagi and were able to use it effectively after acquiring a portion of Senju DNA. He did NOT state or imply that all of the Uchiha were able to use Izanagi. When Danzo used Izanagi, he applied the principle of probability just before using. In other words, considering he had a number of sharingan, he knew that atleast one of them would contain Izanagi since they were the sharingans of the past Uchiha.

Also, if you believe that Izanagi was an ability for all of the Uchiha and not unique then why was it labelled as a Kinjutsu? :sy: You say that it can be spammed from any eye, right? Then tell me or show me when Izanagi has ever been spammed from a Mangekyo Sharingan, Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan or Rinnegan?
