This is all I really know about Dark Release and I may be wrong. The Dark Release kekkei genkai is made up of two elements, fire and lightning. The elements that dark release are made up of are also it's weakness and the three other elements, earth, wind and water. This could be the other way about but I'm not sure. There is also a way to describe why certain elements are its weakness and why the others are its strengths but I'm not sure about that either .

*I hold out my hand and look at the palm of my hand concentrating my fire and lightning chakra on the middle point of my palm. I channel the appropriate amount of my fire chakra into the palm of my hand and after I channel the same amount of lightning chakra into my palm too. I then start to mold the lightning chakra and fire chakra in my palm as I do this I form a large diamond on my palm and then I form another smaller diamond which is overlapping the bottom point of the diamond.*

Good, now i want you to release it at my clone over there in mid range and i want you to release it as a wave of dark chakra. Add detail when you go to release to release it as a wave of chakra at my clone.

*I stare at the two overlapping diamonds on my palm and at the same time take in all the information you've given me. I then take a ready stance and look at your clone, now I raise my hand and point my palm towards your clone. I release the stored up dark release chakra but I try to reduce the density and just make it flow out of my hand, steadily but quickly. As the wave is travelling towards your clone I make sure to keep adding dark release chakra to it in case any holes form by me not giving it enough chakra.*

Now what i want you to do now is make dark chakra and release it as a wave again but this time extend that wave so that it can reach up to long range, where my clone would be. *I begin to concentrate my Lightning and Fire chakra all throughout my body and then I channel it into the palm of my hand in order to form the two overlapping triangles again. I then hold up my arm, standing at Long range from your clone, As I release the Dark Release chakra from my palm, I try to reduce the density of the chakra in order to get it to flow from my hand like a wave of chakra. But I increase the out put of dark chakra so that it reaches a longer distance. When it reaches your clone I greatly increase the density so that when it hits your clone it does do some damage.*

What damage does dark release actually do to the opponent, does it burn him, cut him, or just hit him like a solid object?

*Firstly I focus my fire and lightning chakra into my right hand creating the two over lapping diamonds that represent the dark release Kekkei Genkai. I then direct my palm towards your clone and I concentrate more on my Lightning chakra than my fire but I do not forget about it completely. I then release a shockwave of dark release chakra and when it hits your clone it should attack his nervous system and cause problems with his motor skills making him unable to move properly.*

This dark release chakra takes the form of a big diamond and a small diamond overlapping each other. Now when your attack comes into contact with my palm I quickly use the larger diamond on my palm in order to extract this technique's physical and spiritual chakra. I then store it in my hand for a rainy day.*

*I first begin to concentrate my lightning and fire chakra around my body and then I begin to channel my fire chakra and lightning chakra into my right hand. I then begin to slowly build up dark release chakra in the palm of my right hand, slowly releasing it shaping it into a dark orb with two dark rings around it. I really concentrate and focus so that it doesn't go out of control and blow up on me or something like that. I then raise my arm and run towards your clone, thrusting my arm forward and slamming the orb into her chest. This would break probably all of her ribs and send her flying away to about mid range away from me.*
