2.hiruzen-he caught me off guard but he was actually in on the uchiha clan attack and also was cooperating with danzo root usually with danzo anbu danzou wouldn't need to tell the hokage he can just set up any lie/scernario to hiruzen but hiruzen was informed in it.
hiruzen didn't even like the uchiha so of course he owuld be in on it and that's why obito almost died because it was a suicide mission that the third hokage sent kakashi team on.(so hiruzen was in with danzo to get rid of the uchiha's)

3.madara- he was in on the whole world secrets and for this he has messed with other people life's like nagato who madara gave his rinnegan to and needed to get it awaken by pain so madara messed up nagato life just for power.

4.hashirama- hashirama claimed that madara died when he didn't even die if amdara used izangi then he should have relized that madara body was gone so hashirama was in on this secret to give him name power so that everyone would fear hashirama senju.

5.sakura-sakura having access with tsunade has many information on her comrades knowing that naruto is a nine tials jinchuriki, by using this information she poisons her comrades and tricks them multiple times and has crushed tehre feelings and she does it for her own intrest and doesn't matter who she hurts and lies too.
