Hashirama DNA is the only strong Gene that factual gives results. Any other Senju, is simply speculation or not possible at all. Therefore, I disagree. However, if stated Hashirama, I could only speculate as he is the close to the Sage through blood. I also have to disagree becuase it only known to transfer among the Uchiha Clan.

so ms(yin chakra)+ms(yin chakra)=equals the older son's yin chakra and his eyes
you have to have the older son's yin chakra also then add yang chakra to make rinnegan
or the eyes in danzo's arm would have been rinnegan
