now neji has even gotten deeper powers now and that is his new dojutsu

Now neji with a 3 tomoe byakugan would have the best vision because of a almost 360 degree of vision and then able to see attacks with the sharingan visions too.

also neji can shoot chakra from his hands and can have better taijutsu since neji would be able to see attacks before they happen and can just copy those attacks and enhance them with his byakugan/gentle fist.

basically with a the sharingan and byakugan combined the vision is the best and neji can't get hit he'll really see everything.
