This could make sense. I could see Madara thinking he has this shit on lock down, only to get owned by the Jubi. Then Naruto, the reincarnation of the sage, needs to deal with him. Possibly after he fights Sasuke, or Sasuke helps him rid the world of the Jubi, the source of hatred that both Sasuke and Naruto know so well.

The only reason I say this is because Madara has been shown to underestimate almost everyone, so I could see him doing the same for the Jubi when he, along with everyone else, has no idea what the Jubi is actually capable of even in partial form.

After thought: Kurama said the Jubi could destroy mountains, stuff like that. Madara has done all of that, so maybe he does have the knowledge and power to contain the Jubi.

This is interesting! Even if Madara managed to control the Jubi he could still be defeated from the inside-side out, so to speak.

Makes me reflect on the brothers powers(Senju's heart of fire/Uchiha's sharigan). Uchiha powers are obvious, superficial you could say. Where as the Senju is more dormant and not as obvious. Which could reflect Madara's negligence to many, and possibly how he (and the Jubi) get defeated. Naruto and Sasuke are the opitamy of these two ideas sort of, and together they could be as good as the So6P. They are like ying and yang, they wouldn't be anything with out each other, you could say that for the Senju and Uchiha clan as a whole.

I bet he's gonna make some jokes and everybody'll be "WTF?". The whole destruction thing is not his fault; he's like the big friendly awkward guy in high school who tries to be cool but ends up hurting others because he's too strung.

Going out of control sounds like some mindless animal.
The Juubi will be an intelligent creature, I can promise you that.
Which doesnt have to mean, that he cant get really mad and roar in anger .

I agree that Madara and Obito overestimate themselfs.
They will be up for a big surprise.

Naruto having done fistbumps with the bijou and been given their names,
will most likely play a big role. It didnt just happened for the lolz.
It happened with a good reason.

It is shown in this manga, that trying to overpower bijou by force,
is not the way to go. The right path is the path Bee and Naruto too.
Which is why I got a bit annoyed by Naruto and Bee trying to blow up
the Juubi with a super bijou bomb. They shouldnt try to destroy it.
