When Sasuke's only been working with his raiton for 3 years and the Third Raikage has been doing it his whole life. How would Sasuke even beat the Third Raikage?

Not to mention Black Lightning, something that the Third Raikage himself invented.

well true but u see, some ninjas(Geniuses) dont need to spend a large amount of time to be good at sometin. sasuke is a fast learner and a genius. what it might take like lets say 5 yrs for the 3rd raikage to master, sasuke can achieve the same mastering in just about 2-3yrs since he is a fast learner.
my whole point is just because the 3rd has been using raiton basically nearly his whole life and sasuke 3 yrs doesnt necessarily mean the 3rd is greater in its usage. kirin i believe beats any raiton jutsu the 3rd may possess seein as it is both fast and powerful- two deadly combinations.

Its not about who wins in a fight, its about who has mastered lightning jutsu the best and in this case i would say Sasuke has 3rd raikage beaten since he has much more lightning variations and he tamed lightning! I mean if he was able to tame raw lightning then he learn almost any lightning justu.

Also many people like to pick 3rd raikage because of hype but all we have seen from him is black lightning, hellstab, and lightning armor. I would say that Sasuke, Ameyuri, Darui, and Kakashi are better than him at lightning style.

If we are going off of what the thread title then Sasuke has shown much greater talent for raiton than the others listed. In a short amount of time he has perfected many chidori variants and has created the most powerful raiton attack. Now if the original poster wants to change the thread into which raiton user could beat all the others, then it would obviously be the 3rd Raikage due to a number of factors (not just his raiton)

No, I was not asking for jutsu. By user I'm saying who can use it the most effectively in a fight.

Because of hype? Not when he could fight equally with the Hachibi (8-tails) and he only died due to chakra exhaustion after fighting 10,000 shinobi/kunoichi for three days and three nights.

No he did not. The only person that the 3rd Raikage taught Black Lightning was Darui.

Sasuke only made Kirin, and a few variants of the Chidori, which was created by Kakashi.

And the Sandaime Raikage saved Kumogakure multiple times every time the Hachibi went on a rampage. He even fought equally with the Hachibi. Not to mention that he died from chakra exhaustion after fighting 10,000 shinobi/kunoichi for three days and three nights. Do you really think A, the Yondaime Raikage, is anywhere near the level of his father?

Kakashi shouldnt even be in the running along with others. Whilst good its between the 3rd raikage and sasuke.

I judge this based on offence and defence along with raiton feats though the latter isnt much proof because certain characters get more screen time than other's.

When it comes to defence A's raiton along with sasuke's is the best. A's Raiton no Yoroi is arguable the best raiton defence because apart from giving him a form of defence, his evasive power's due to his reflexes in v2 allows him to evade extremely fast attacks. Whilst the 3rd raikage's is durable, its cannon that his durability is from his body rather than his raiton though that aswell will give him a defence boost. Sasuke has developed a similar ability though his is different. Ive noticed that the raikage's Raiton no Yoroi doesnt shock the opponent something that surprises me. Anyway sasuke's defence in Chidori Nagashi though doesnt grant him a speed boost like the Raiton no Yoroi, is one most likely right behind the Raiton no Yoroi when it comes to raiton defences.

When it comes to attack though we haven't seen the 3rd produce the famous Kuroi Kaminari, since its a different form of raiton its bound to be stronger than the ordinary raiton. His famous Jigokuzuki was said to be the strongest sphere. However sasuke's holds the offensive capability in kirin. There is no ration technique stronger than kirin. When its been described as on a totally different level to what human's can create this statement alone puts it above anything the other raiton user's have in their arsenal. Its actually lightning, so its cannon that sasuke holds the strongest raiton technique.

When sasuke holds one of the best raiton defence and the strongest raiton offence he takes the cake.
3rd raikage takes 2nd place. Though his raiton defence isnt as great as his son's his lightning offensive abilities is greater than his sons.
A takes third place. He has the best raiton defence. His offensive abilities when he combines raiton and taijutsu (nintaijutsu) makes him a worthy third.

You shouldve made your thread clearer. And of course he would in a ration- only, he has much more chakra and stanima and his body is like pure steel, but that doesn't mean he is a better lightning user than Sasuke. He would only win because of his body not lightning. Also I bet if There was a storm Sasuke prob. would win.

i'll give you the hachibi fight but you should note Sasuke kinda fodderized hachibi with amaterasu. The fight with 10,000 shinobi was pretty impressive but hebi sasuke took 1,000 shinobi down without breaking a sweat, didnt even kill any of them, and didnt use sharingan. Now imagine what Sasuke could do now.

Do peoeple forget that the 3rd raikage cut of All of the hachibi's Tails off with his Hell stab Jutsu?, I mean look at the size of the hachibi. He is the only person to every Fight and Defeat (Tie) with a Tailed beast without any Sealing/chakra suppressing abilities.
