Why wasnt kisame summond by the edo tensei? Kabuto managed to get the right items/dna from all those ninjas, but not kisame?

Kabuto needed DNA from the summons, but due to Kisame being in enemy territory AFTER Kabuto left there was never any time to collect it. Also Kisame never left any DNA on the scroll he sent to Obito! Kind of sad, but at least he had a heroic death
