If it mattered Kishi would've stated it and i don't remember ever seeing Tv's but i do remember seeing microphones

TV's were shown when the leaders of the countries spoke to eachother to argee on forming the allied force.
Plus in one of the naruto movies, they were filming that princess

i dig the period the story takes place in. I think if kishi tried to have an industrial revolution in naruto and introduced things like cars and machine guns the series would flop. I keep imagining Naruto meets Fable 3... like children would be used for manual labor not trained to be ninjas lol and all the characters would have Brittish accents and wear 18th century clothes

and now that i think about the technology used in naruto i think its cool that they use chakra and sensory ninjas to communicate with anyone, anywhere in the world
