Obito still stomps him, you need to take Obito's MS and Rinnegan away along with Kakashi's MS to make this a fight.

I agree. I mean Kakashi has 4/5 of the elements but that doesn't mean that Tobirama (I chose him on purpose) can't beat him.

Soul Rip isn't instant, and it's debateable whether Obito could absorb a Raikiri at the same time as he's focused on soul removal.
