Could Minato have come back even though he was sealed with Death Reaper?

Time wise, Kushina lasted longer than Minato mainly because she's an Uzumaki. Oro came back totally because Senjutsu chakra never runs out as long as you continue to gather it.

So if Minato learnt Senjutsu and had as much chakra as Oro. Do you think he could have come back?

It doesn't matter whether Minato learned Senjutsu or not, it depends whether or not plot wants/needs him back.

Orochimaru's case is a completely different context than Minato's . Minato's entire soul was sealed while only half of Orochimaru's sennin chakra was sealed in the sword of Totsuka.

Kurama is more like a sentient being. Biju for all we know can't die. Think of them like Matter. They can not be destroyed. Sealing will not do anything.

Plus think how much **** will come up if he revives.

Yes he can if he sealed a large amount of his chakra some place else and that seal was released but he can only return for a while and not for long.

Orochimaru basically made the Curse Seal in to a horcrux...

I think Minato possibly could have come back but chose to have his chakra put within the seal on Kurama so that when it weakened he could stop it, probably could have generally sealed it in Naruto and done something similar to Orochimaru.
But if he had done that Kurama would be released so if he could have done it he chose to protect the world/Naruto instead.

i think not... one of the limitations of EDO is reviving the seal soul is not possible at all
