How you perform it (note: do not just copy what I did).

I start to focus on my chakra and start to release it into the rain droplets which are falling and charge multiple raindrops with my chakra and then using my shape manipulation skills, I start to mold those raindrops into my replicas and create multiple clones of my self using those raindrops.



Advantages & Disadvantages

Advantages- It is a great technique for strategy base attacks like a sneak attack or an attack from an unknown position can be done using it. We can also use it to make a escape if needed and can use those clones as a distraction source.

Disadvantage-
1. They don't cause damage
2. Already requires raindrops to be used

How would you defend yourself from this jutsu.
If I have to face some one who has activated this jutsu, I will basically use a jutsu which covers large are in terms of length and breadth[ex.S rank Majestic fire tech] so I can inflict damage to all of them at once and if the opponent try's to counter it his cover his blown.

And yes, I do think that you can only create four clones at a time, like with all other clone jutsus (exceptions being there as well).

Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment

Focus your chakra and use it to make the clothes of the opponent fill up with water chakra and fully retain all the water it comes in contact with. This will make them become heavier and heavier. However, you have to make it rain or at least let the environment be wet before the usage of this jutsu.

(Ame Kumo Bunshin) - Rain Cloud Clone

Description: A jutsu that creates a clone from the Rain clouds in the sky. The clone resembles the user but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color of the user. Because of this the clouds cannot be used as a distraction. The clones are able to attack and receive attacks.

Focus your chakra and use it to transform a rain cloud into a clone. The clone resembles you but keeps the appearance of moving clouds.

How you perform it (note: do not just copy what I did).
I start by focusing on my chakra flow and slowly start to release it into my surrounding and then charge all the rain drops of the area with my chakra and using my chakra I give them a unique property which enables them to fill the opponents clothing with water and thus make them feel heavy and cause there speed to slow down.


Advantages
-Can effect multiple enemy at same time
-Is good in a team matches as we get time to implement it into our strategy without leaving us open for a counterattack
-If not dealt with can cause major draw backs in term of speed
\ & Disadvantages.
-Needs a specific terrain or climate situation
-Act's slowly and shows no sudden result
-Can leave us open for an attack while we prepare for it and initiate it.

How would you defend yourself from this jutsu.
-Best way is to strip of your clothes and as I use a Gray bio it suits me too O_O
-We can even deduce the effect and blow away the rain clouds so it does not effect us any longer.

I focus on my chakra flow and release it into the environment and charge a certain rain cloud with it and then using my prior knowledge about clone I transfer it into one of my clones.

Advantages & Disadvantages.
Well as for advantage it can be used to distract enemy, I can't come up with anything else and as for disadvantage is that it has no advantage in an active battle and is of no use either in defense or offense plus it has a limited range

How would you defend yourself from this jutsu.
I will simply blow away the cloud using any wind technique which covers appropriate area to begin with but I don't see a point in doing so as it causes no harm to me?

What is the best way to use it in a battle

The best way to use this jutsu in a battle. Well, it is an interesting jutsu really. The cloud that will be your clone can attack and be attacked. This means that you can use your clone in the sky to attack an opponent from above whilst you attack them from the front (and for example another clone from the back, but this isn't even needed). Defending both above you and before you can be difficult, especially with fast attacks. I think that is the best use of this jutsu in a battle.

Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

Perform the necessary handseals and place your hands out in front of you. Then use your chakra to gather up a large amount of rain to create a wall of solid water. The wall will protect you from most taijutsu and fire attacks.

I start to concentrate on my chakra flow while doing the required hand seal and so soon as I complete weaving the hand seal I release my chakra into already formed rain droplets and start to maneuver those rain droplets and make all these rain drop ascend upon your clone and at the same I also make these rain drop let rock solid so upon impact the cause large damage to your clone and make him go poof U_U

Advantages & Disadvantages.
A very good an handy technique as the opponent does not know about it till the very last movement if he does not see us weaving the handseal also as it is from a complete different angle so opponent has to be extra cautious while dealing with it.

I can't think of any disadvantage accept it is off low rank and can therfor be easily dealt by an appropriate jutsu.

How would you defend yourself from this jutsu.
I will encase my body with a layer of earth using the B rank version of it .

I start to concentrate on my chakra flow while doing the required hand seal and so soon as I complete weaving the hand seal I release my chakra into my dominant hand and stretch it outwards in front of me and use my chakra to gather large amount of rain in my surrounding and manipulate it to form a wall of solid water.

Advantages & Disadvantages.
It is a Good defense against fire attacks.

Well it has too many disadvantage like low rank and it is only a defensive technique meaning we can't go offensive on our opponent while using it as we have to maintain a steady contact and not mention it leaves us handicap as we can no longer weave hand seals plus it also takes time to be ready meaning we can't use it in fast acting situations.

How would you defend yourself from this jutsu.
I can't defend against it lol xd

I will make an attack which descends from the sky when mu opponent uses it as this way ge will be renders helpless and without a defense as he can't weave hand seal and will know about the attack a little late then usual as this type of attack require more time to deduce.

B-rank jutsus aren't considered low ranked jutsus in my honest opinion. That would mean that only A and S, and the few F-ranked jutsus out there would be high ranked. This is not low nor high.
Secondly, there is a very simple downside of the first jutsu, namely that you do not create the rain, it has to be already there to perform this jutsu. If you need another jutsu to perform a jutsu, you can consider it to be a weakness because in many cases you do not have the time.

(Ooki Kouu no Jutsu) - Big Rain Skill

Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

Send waves of chakra into the clouds and create bigger raindrops that fall at a faster towards the ground than normal raindrops. This jutsu is mainly used as distraction.

Description: This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop stops in mid air or wherever they are

I start to concentrate on my chakra flow and slowly and gradually release my chakra in wave nature and pass that chakra into the rain drops and focus that chakra mainly into the falling raindrops and using my chakra as a medium I increase the size of the rainfall multiple times and also increase there falling speed this increased speed and bigger size creates a lot of distraction for your clone.



Advantages & Disadvantages.
It works as a good source of distraction and can affect multiple enemies at the same time but it has no damage cost associated to it so a person who has a calm mind can easily focus in this situation and not to mention it's range is limited upto mid range only.

How would you defend yourself from this jutsu.
I would either use stop rain technique or simply enter long range from my opponent and let him pursue me thus making this jutsu totally useless.

I start to concentrate on my chakra flow while doing the required hand seal and so soon as I complete weaving the hand seal I release my chakra into already formed rain droplets and using my chakra as a power source I stop all the rain in mid-air and suddenly there is no rainfall happening instead there is just frozen rain


Advantages & Disadvantages.
It works perfectly against technique which effect multiple people of your group or against techniques which happens rather fast and hard to avoid though it has a big disadvantage that being it has a limited range and therefor when fighting in a group battle or saving your entire village it becomes less useful and I think it can only stop techniques of B-rank and below.

Well as it is a supplementary tech I don't see a way of defending from it.

let's say I stop rain tiger will technique and it stops in mid air but still the drops are there so if I touch them will my opponent know about my position and upto what rank rain technique it can stop.
