( Magen: Narakumi ) - Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user performs two handseals causing it to appear as if a swirl of leaves surrounds the opponent. The swirl eventually falls away, and after a few seconds, the opponent sees the image of whatever they fear the most, shocking them and potentially causing them to faint.
This next jutsu is rather basic.
Focus upon the flow of the chakra of your body in order to "spike" it so that it throws the balance off, thus releasing you from any current Genjutsu that may have a hold on you. Remember to form a handseal prior to doing this.
This is known as Kai, one of the ways to disrupt Genjutsus.
Do you know what rank Genjutsus this can go up to?

What's wrong sensei? >_< did I do something wrong? :shy:

By the way, what does your new name mean?

*After performing the necessary hand seal, I focus in every ounce of chakra in my system. I then momentarily stop the flow of my chakra as I suddenly turn it back on, causing a spike to form, successfully disrupting my flow, allowing me to dispel from an illusion.*

The maximum rank it can dispel is A rank and you have to be Sannin rank. With my current rank I can dispel only up to B ranks. Also this technique cant be used with physically paralyzing genjutsu because you can't wave the hand seal.

It means to sever and bind.

Excellent response, however, say you were stuck in a jutsu and you couldn't form the Kai handseal. In what other way would you escape then?

sever as in like sever bonds? Also that new avatar fits nicely with the orange name.

I would either have my partner use the kai technique and disrupt my flow or like we talked about it before, I'd use a powerful technique that causes a surge throughout my body, flushing out the opponent's chakra. If I can't move, its pretty hard to hurt my self physically. The only way I can think of is by using a technique that has recoil damage.

Ah, thanks. Slicks made three. O_O The signature doesn't though.
And well, sever, as in a general way. But I suppose...

Try biting your tongue because if you use a jutsu to release you, it'd take up a jutsu slot and you'd want to avoid that.
( Genjutsu: Kai ) - Illusion Technique: Release
Rank: C-A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15-30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja (and above) can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu.
This next jutsu was used in the Chunin exams. When my clone begins walking, send your chakra to him and have him believe he is walking in a straight line, thus proceeding.
In reality, he is walking in circles.
Describe the psychological impact of this.

Oh okay ^_^ and yeah the signature doesn't match very much anymore.

Question Sensei! Regarding the tongue biting you just suggested.
Genjutsu Release restrictions:

►A Genjutsu is a disruption in your own chakra flow that messes with your senses and makes you experience an illusion. To dispel it you need to create a stronger disruption (or unbalance/fluctuation) that will clear the one forcefull put upon you and leave your chakra on its normal state. So basically, there is only one way to dispel genjutsu: disrupting, disturbing or unbalancing (all words you can use) your chakra flow.

Now, this can be done in 3 basic ways:

1- Altering the balance between physical and spiritual energies in your chakra by disturbing your physical energy. This is done by producing pain. Pain comes from the body and thus it makes your physical energy fluctuate. Because of this fluctuation your chakra flow experiences a spike. This spike is a disturbance that will dispel other disturbances present in your chakra by unbalacing its flow. The higher the pain, the bigger the spike. The more resistant or accostumed to pain your bio is, the less effect this has. Bitting your lip or your tongue is not enough. Bitting a chunk of your lip or bitting off your tongue will be enough but with the underlining consequences.

I start out by sending my chakra into the clone's brain. I then disrupt his flow and lead him to believe he is walking in a straight line, as he continues forward.

Well I think his mind would receive a lot of stress if he tried to go a different path and he came to see himself still walking straight. What ever he/she may do, he would be stuck walking forward. Just trying to figure that out would be quite stressful.

Ah, yeah, sorry, wasn't specific enough. >.> And I definitely do not recommend biting off your tongue, but your lip. But to me, biting on your tongue just enough to have blood flood all over your mouth is pretty dam painful already.
Scorps says that cutting your arm with a kunai is enough to release you from a S-Rank Genjutsu...*shrugs*

So what would be the result if he was stuck in this jutsu for some time?

That sounds interesting, though most gens nowadays restrict your entire body movements. And remember when you said wasting a jutsu to release? I would focus more on using jutsu that would allow me to counter-attack. So release, and defend as well as continue forward as an attack in the process.

All I can think of is that they would lose a lot of stamina as they continue to walk.

Well, I suppose you can make that work with Nagashi, but they can also prepare a Water jutsu beforehand to prevent such a thing.

Excellent. You are completely correct.
( Kori Shinchū no Jutsu ) - Sly Mind Affect Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user casts an illusion on the opponent that makes them believe they are travelling in a straight line, when instead they are moving in circles. This is only effective on moving opponents. If the opponent travels in the circle for hours, they will be exhausted.
This next jutsu is pretty straightforward.
Release your chakra from your body to take over my clone's five senses.
Then have him believe that a huge ball of fire is coming from the sky, ready to burn him into a crisp!

I've taught you cause and effect, correct? Apply it to this concept.

Well nagashi is for the narrow minded people, its way too predictable XD

*I insert my own chakra into the clone's brain and disrupt his flow. I then cause him to see a fire ball coming towards him from the sky, as it slams into him and burns him.*

I actually fought against this genjutsu recently and it was quite pesky to deal with :p (kinda)

This genjutsu would cause the opponent to believe its actually a real technique, seeing as its a simply fire ball coming down. And this would cause him to use a water technique, allowing the user to most likely predict what he will do next. I myself, created a wind tornado to "Absorb" the fire and continue very weakened. Although wind is weak to fire, a strong enough wind can blow out the fire.

The only weakness I see in this technique is that it comes from the sky, which means, it appears nearly out of thin air, making it hard to believe it was created by the user. Unless of course, it comes through the covers of clouds and stuff. Even then, it is still skeptical unless there is a flying summon in the sky or a clone/user.

Okay, there's not much I can add against this. Reasoning always works though, and we're all smart ninjas...right? xD

Yes we are xd

*I quickly channel out my chakra and disrupt the clone's chakra flow. I make him believe a clone of myself is charging towards him, upon reaching his close range the clone explodes into cherry blossoms and blocks his vision.*

Well I think this is a very nice clean genjutsu, starting with a clone that simply runs doesn't really show signs of being a genjutsu up until the point that he explodes into pedals. This gives you a few second time window to attack your opponent. If it gets as far as blocking his view with the cherry blossoms you can use that time to change locations in the battle field or attack from the front. Though I don't suggest attacking from the front because the opponent will read what attack is coming and use the elemental weakness to "attacK" the clone instead.

Ah, yes, also, you might need to fake the fact that you made an actual clone by forming the Tiger handseal too while using this.
Yeah, people tend to godmode a lot.
So the main point is the surprise. You covered it very well, including the vulnerability so I have nothing more to add. ^_^

Okay, for this next jutsu, take this sword and start swinging it at my clone in a hypnotic manner.
What happens to him and what do you think the purpose of this is?

He would start hallucinating as he possibly may see mys word in different ways or my arms. The purpose of this technique is to use in combination with a kenjutsu technique, giving me a small window of time to attack as he is confused by the genjutsu.

Ah, very straightforward. I would usually have emphasized upon the comatose effects that came with this jutsu.
But well done, it seems you understand this rather well.

Description: The user waves their sword back and forth, which when seen by the target locks them in a genjutsu which causes them to hallucinate multiple waving arms. The movement resembles that of a willow tree blowing in the wind. With the enemy off guard, the user is free to cut them down.
Now, for this next jutsu, for creattivvittyyy! O_O *is somewhat tired and high*
Take over all five senses of my clone and then have him believe that several vines are immobilizing him, lifting him into the air. Then, YOU RISE FROM A BEAN POD...*dramatic drum roll*...READY TO SEND HIM TO HIS DEMISE!

I'm sorry Sensei, it was just a bit hard to come up with stuff without actually going to the genjutsu list and viewing the jutsu xd

* I start out by channeling my chakra and then sending it outwards towards the clone's brain. I then manipulate all five of his senses by disturbing his chakra flow, placing him within an illusion. In this illusion he hears vines erupting from the ground as they raise around him and wrap around his body, immobilizing him. As the vines take hold, he can clearly smell the smell of the fresh grassy vines taking hold. As he is being lifted, he then sees a bean pod right in front of him, rise from the ground as well as it then opens up and reveals myself inside, ready to attack. *

The great thing about this technique is that it can be mistaken with a wood biography. Of course godmode comes in to play here :p

Ah, well, this jutsu is pretty straightforward, creative, and weird...
( Genjutsu: Ingemame Ketsugō Sakkaku ) - Illusion Technique String Bean Binding Illusion
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: Similar to Illusion Technique: Tree Binding Death, where the user first disappears, while the target sees several bean vines growing from the ground. These vines bind the target body, lifting them into the air. Then a bean pod rises from the ground to reveal the user, ready to strike. In reality, the opponent is immobilized by the illusion, allowing the user to strike.
Next, trap my clone into an illusion where he thinks that a flower came up out of nowhere and bit his arse.
Then, make the flower explode.

How do you think my clone feels as a result and how does this impact him in the battle?

Well the mind plays a great role in our body and if our mind TRULY believes it has been hurt it can cause enough stress to physically hurt us, and thus handicap us in some sort of way like lowering our reflexes or simply confusing us.

Well done. More or less, then Tsukyomi concept.
( Magen: Hanarasui ) - Demonic Illusion: Flower Head Death
Rank: B
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short- Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40 due to stress on the mind
Description: The user will trap the target within an illusion where the opponent appears to be trapped in a large flower bud which then explodes. The opponent is made to believe that an explosion actually occurred and collapses, believing himself to be injured. The resulting stress on his mind causes damage.
Now, for this next jutsu, take over my clone's five senses.
Then, have him believe you have dissolved into mist (like a ghost! O_O), but in reality, you are now creeping up to him like a stalker as you have a tree wind up around my clone, immobilizing him. Then, make your head appear from the tree, along with your arm, and then strike him down!

Within the illusion he seems myself turning into a mist as I'm dispersed. As the genjutsu is active, I quickly shift my running patter towards the left and push off the ground, allowing me to reach the clone's flank. While this is happening, the clone believes that a tree is rising and binding him in place with me appearing from the tree. In reality I have already thrusted forward and placed the blade of my kuani on his throat. *

Self explanatory. Remember that these jutsu completely immobilizes the opponent from head to toe.
( Magen: Jubaku Satsu ) - Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user makes five handseals, and appears to dissolve into a mist. Once they stealthily approach the target and get within short-range, the opponent feels completely immobilized, and believes they have been bound by a fast-growing tree and are unable to move. The user then appears as if they emerge from the tree to attack the target. In reality, the target is immobilized, allowing the user to strike or interrogate them.
The next one is similar, however, this time, instead of a tree, make my clone believe that a snake came out of the ground to first...
- Constrict his movement.
- Crush him on your command.

Now, say you were trapped in this jutsu. How would you get out of it and what would be your reasoning?
