well itachi certainly wins this, we dont need to conclude, guy is strong in taijutsu but weak at nin jutsu or genjutsu.

itachi's sharingan is on a whole other level than kakashi's.
morover even if he fights widout getting hit by tsukuyomi then he would bring up susanoo.
guy would use hirodora to brake it, but he uses his 7th gate for it, he ll be out of chakra, almost.

- Susano'o puts an ENORMOUS strain on Itachi seeing as after ~5 minutes he was ready to die, so Guy just has to outlast this or he can do a Hirudora to the face and destroy it

Itachi was ALWAYS shown to have lower than average chakra reserves, its in the databook for Christ's sake. Itachi would keel over using Susano'o even while healthy, if Itachi somehow miraculously got massive chakra reserves like fanboys try to make it out to be then Guy's Hirudora would **** him up. Hell, Madara's Susano'o got ****ed up, Itachi's is ****ed.

itachi can also catch you in a genjutsu by jus pointing at all like he did to naruto.guy does not know about that.he does not need a powerful genjutsu to mess up guy.everybody keep forgeting that guy jus cant do those moves as much as he wants and you think they would let him hit him with that.itachi is fast dont forget that.
