Madara's sword could break mountains with one slash. It should be able to handle Itachi's Susanoo

Maybe if the susano was by itself but whit the unbrekable shield i think he could take some punishment plus itachi is a genious madara is just a "cocky" power house i think he would slip up and itachi would get a chance to beat him, unlike madara itachi think's way more ahead plus the power of his eternal? who know's what he could accomplsh

Itachi can't beat Madara, Madara in his prime could summon Kurama plus had Perfect Susano'o, and Edo Madara has Rinnengan, Mokuton and EMS plus he has Meteorite Technique and Wood style: Nativity of trees and Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees

Itachi's Perfect Susano'o would have his legendary items and he seems more tactically cautious and perceptive than Madara as well. Moreover, Itachi has more genjutsu hype and is a genjutsu specialist, so he'd probably be able to wrestle control over Kurama away from Madara just like Hashirama did. So yeah, Itachi with that power-up (if perfected) would beat him. Maybe not Rinnegan Madara though.

Which madara, madara before he fights with first hokage or after he fights with first hokage and gets his DNA? Any way i don't think it matters, itachi couldn't defeat madara because for every jutsu itachi knew, madara knew it even better plus some, that all there is to it.

Not sure he would have Perfect Susanoo though. A normal Susanoo already makes him struggle. You forget the chakra issue there. Concerning genjutsu, we don't know Madara enough to tell. It's not even sure Itachi can control Kyubi

I suspect that the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan results in a chakra boost, as it fuses the brothers' powers.
