[Technical Issue] kHBBS plugin help

guys,i really really need your helps.download naruto ultimate heroes 3 on my psp 3001,but anytime i launch it,it says it can not be started(8002013c),av spent all day trying to solve my prob,but i wanted to download Khbbs plugin,but everyone i saw where rar files instead of zip becus i cant extract the files,i dont even know how to go about it.pls someone should give me an altanative instead of downloading Khbbs,or where to download the zip format instead of rar,and how to extract the folders.God bless u guys,pls and no youtube tutorials,thanks.

Can't you open the zip file with WinRAR?

WinRAR sucks anyways, download 7zip, it's open source and won't bug you to buy it. It's also just 1mb.

Also, Windows can open .zip archives natively, at least W7 can.
