Any idea how much effort the mainstream media put into ridiculing and ignoring Ron Paul.
RP always got the hardest questions fired at him, while the other candidates got simple questions

This is what I don't understand---you think with someone like Ron Paul we'd have another golden age like Bill, I don't understand why the social media is undermining Ron so much.

Honestly Idk Ron was the best candidate and I don't think this country can withstand another 4 years of Obama not to say I agree with Mitt but i'm neutral on both but more of a Ron Paul supporter.

A problem to the establishment? How if anything we would go back to old ages more morals-I think Obama should work together with Romney and Ron Paul and lets see what happens in fact replace Ron as vice president -_-

I don't think he would be given the chance to make any legit changes in our policies.
As president, he can't be ignored, either way if he would be president, I think he would end up like JFK. Dead.

My ROTC instructor sergeant Major Scott- I walked up to him with a pal I was talking to in the pt/dear sport hallway we went back into the classroom, walked up to the sergeant and I straight up asked him-----Do you think we should cut military spending overseas-He responded with an example say Iran and ah bleh I don't feel like writing the whole thing -_-

I heard enough. He thinks Iran is a threat. A dummie like Michelle Bachman. Iran poses no threat to the usa whatsoever until usa occupied their land and tried to meddle with their govt. Some dummie americans still believe firmly in the war mongering

I've been reading the conversation over the past few hours and here is my problem with the Gold Standard & Ron Paul — changing our monetary system back to the GS will not help the fact that there is a huge disparity between the top 1% and the lowest 25-30%. Even between the top 10% and the middle class, there is still a huge disparity.

So what if your money is actually worth some thing because of the GS? It only take a few moments to think about what that would do to the gap between the wealthy and the poor.

† There is a limited amount of gold.

† Every American dollar is now has an equal worth to a gold amount - determined by how much money there is in circulation.

† Those with less money have less gold.

† Those with more money have more gold.

† Then you have a run on gold in the markets.

† Then some one rich trades in their Notes in for their gold owed.

† Then the price of gold increases.

† Inflation.

† Economic bubble.

† The situation we are in now.

Do you understand now why a GS will not help at all?

Here's the real problem, we have more workers than jobs in America. That's it. Sure, there are other economic problems in America with capitalism, our money & corporate bailouts but all of that takes a back seat to the fact that we have a surplus of workers in America.

I think it's because Dr.Proofs threads equal hottest thread

Also those Death Note games were hot thread automatically

Plus VS threads with Itachi, Naruto, Sasuke, Minato etc are more ''interesting'' to look at since this is a manga/anime forum with a majority while politics is something MOST people don't come here for which is a minority

The thread has alot of posts in it but this thread at max is viewed by 5 or 6 people at a time unlike the hottest threads that has over 30 or 40 people looking at it constantly
