He's not immune. Neither Kabuto was.

He still can negate Genjutsus. In fact, Naruto wouldnt even have to fight by himself i order to defeat Itachi or Sasuke (with current abilities). Kage level clones would be enough.

He loses to Hashirama, Edo Madara, Obito, Kabuto with Edo Tensei. Nagato is debatable.
