Itachi didn't know that by implanting senju DNA he was able to shorten the cooldown on KA.

No he didn't say that.

And if what you say is true explain how madara was revived in his prime rather than old when he died.

Kabuto made alterations to him; creating an even stronger Madara that existed in his earlier years. [ ]

Why itachi burning the crow was a mistake

..... a few hours and in the recent chapters we also learn that sharingan eyes are connected which means if one can't go blind the other can't go too (kakashi And obito example) Now here is the deal if itachi could have keeped the crow .....senju dna What do you think ?

@bolded part,
this thing you say is just an assumption. We can't say that if one eye can't go blind then other can't too.
because by following that logic, if one eye gets destroyed , other eye should get destroyed too (or sealed or whatever) [ for example : shisui's eye]

So your theory have a huge plot hole.
And there are many other reasons like, KABUTO, OBITO, OTHER BAD GUYS, which could misuse KA.

Itachi had put the eye in a crow
then put the crow into Naruto
then when Edo Itachi tried to burn Naruto with Amaretsu the crow activated the Eye and stoped the black flames from harming Naruto

Ah, When i saw this i thought of that moment in the manga but wasn't totally sure
Thanks
Not soo stupid after all :D

It does revive one in the state of their death; however if there are modifications to a specific Edo, than that aspect is offsetted by the changes given to them. Madara is an example.

Integrating Hashirama's DNA is a risky process (Yamato and Danzo were Orochimaru's only survivors.) However, Obito and Madara, had they stolen the crow, would have become godly, because they are both part Hashirama now. So destroying the eye was playing it safe. Had they possessed a scientist and enough benevolent ninja willing to risk their lives in an experiment, then it could have been an asset, but weighing the risks...
