I'm so sorry it took so long, but the school is really exhausting and stressful these days.
(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique
*waves the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals*
Whilst doing that, he starts concentrating his chakra in his abdomen. He stops when he feels that he has enough of it and starts moving it toward his hands. When the chakra gets there he severely raises his hands up in the air with a deep scream. While doing that, he shoots his chakra through his hand up in the air. He controls the chakra to go into the clouds. After a few moments, the chakra get where it should be so that he could perform this technique. Then, the hardest part comes. He starts splitting the chakra into a thousands of pieces. When he finally finishes, he uses shape manipulation and starts making the chakra pieces into a rain drops and then releasing them. After a few drops start falling a bit slow, the rest of them fall extremely fast, just like a real, natural rain is falling. He closes his eyes and feels every single piece of that rain, every single drop. It all feels like it's part of him, part of his life. While he's binding with the water drops, he feels his sensei's chakra and starts going after him. When he gets there, he shows her that he's mastered this technique.
The advantage of this technique are that it can be used when the user doesn't have sensor abilities, which is really excellent and ingenious. The disadvantages are that this technique need some time to prepare it. Even very skilled should have problems in creating this technique fast enough is someone is attacking them.
I would defend myself from this technique by using a simple umbrella. Yeah, it's that easy to stop this technique from functioning because the rain drops can't touch your body. That goes in the disadvantages, too.
(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison
*waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare hand seals*
Whilst performing the signs, he starts gathering his Suiton chakra in his abdomen. Just when the chakra is ready, he starts moving it towards his hand. While the technique is still in a form of chakra, he already starts making it as heavy as he can thick as he can. It slows the process of moving the chakra a bit, but very insensibly. When the chakra gets to his hands, he makes a final hand seal that is needed, he spreads his hand out towards the opponent that he already paralyzed before. He starts releasing the chakra out of his hands and just when the chakra starts leaving, he uses shape manipulation to make a thick water. This is not really hard because he's already prepared the thickness. He controls the water to start moving and hover around the clone. When he gets a circle around the clone, he starts expanding it down an up and inside, creating a water sphere all around the clone and him trapped in. He makes a few creative moves, making the sphere to look perfect. After that, he only waits fro a few minutes for the clone to choke and vanish.
The advantages of this technique are that it can fully paralyze and choke to death it's victim without him/her being able to do anything. It can serve for the user to prepare another, more delicate technique, too. It's disadvantages are Byakugan users because they can release chakra from all of their body and release the jutsu and any opponents that are able to do that. A little disadvantage is that it requires some time to perform it, so if the opponent is fast enough, he can stop this technique from being performed.
This is a very powerful technique and it's almost impossible to defend against it. If I'm not a Byakugan user, which I'm not, my only hope it
(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation, but that's again only if I have a blade in my hands, by some cases. If there is some other technique that could be used, please tell me sensei.
