Is it ok to repay rep even if they don't post something spectacular? Everytime i get a rep i always shoot it back, and with all these rules and "infractions," i don't wanna get suspended or banned. I feel like i'm back in high school, getting written up for stupid things.

the only time i rep is when i see something i like, or when someone reps me. so i'll take it that i'm allowed to do that.
