Kakashi has always had the sharingan.. which means the obito story line has been in play since then. my question is do you think that this entire fourth ninja war, the obito storyline being the mean guy has been kishi's plan the entire time? could be possible

I don't think so. I think Kishi intended for Obito to remain dead, and leave it at that. I doubt he was meant to be the main villain from the start because the entire Moon eye plan, and the entire Obito story doesn't seem completely solid.
Somewhere along the line, Kishi probably changed his mind.

if kishi did intend for it to be this , then he's a very sloppy writer, Kishi probably made Obito the villain as he went on. Kishi hasn't explained how Obito survived in the first place ( he couldn't have slipped through the rock cause he didn't have S/T at the time) and plus the story seems very rushed.

I agree with both. Kishi seemed to have written an unfited timeline, meaning he place a story to progress the plot without plot holes being written in. Not only did it not make sense, but made perfectly sense, which contradicts reality of the real world we live in. We can't comprehend what we don't feel fits to reality, therefore, everthing we see is a plot hole in the Manga. However, forgetting that is a fictional story.

Its does feel rushed, but understandable as the story has already met its climax and nearing its end.

He always intended it to be Obito but he ****ed it up with the Madara and Rin stuff as well as his survival story.

I believe it was intended this way from the start but that's just me, as a writer you have to stick to your guns and can't constantly change the storyline, if he did do this then things might have been different. I do believe that he got the timeline wrong in some things though or they just don't fully add up yet any way.

Are you serious? This was explained in the chapter when Obito first met Madara. Obito DID use his S/T jutsu in that instance to slip through the rocks to survive, it wasn't intentional nor did Obito know how to use the power at will but he still used it.

I think that he planned on having Tobi be Obito since the end of the first series. A lot of it still doesn't make sense. But I'm over it now.

Kakashi gaiden was clearly the precursor hint he gave out. Therefore, he must have had it planned significantly before it was established in the manga. Bottom line? I think it was planned out while he was writing part 1.

We know for a fact that Kishi did not have everything written out beforehand, that would be impossible. He simply had large storylines written out and would fill in the gaps as it was needed. Clearly he didn't know page by page how it was going to come together, things like that.

Either way, I'd say that once Kishi got his sponsors and knew he'd have his shot at the series, he began to come up with storylines like this. Keep in mind that long before we were ever even told Obito's name, we saw pictures of him, Kakashi and Rin with Minato. So clearly Kishi came up with the character very early on and likely sometime between the very beginning and perhaps as late as midway through part one was when he came up with the general idea of Tobi and Obito secretly being him. Of course, things like Madara, elderly Madara and everything with the sage and Rinnegan were probably established AFTER Tobi being Obito, if you ask me.
