I see so much hate for amazing characters. These women are strong ninjas in their own way. Just because they can't summon meteors from the sky or use kamehameha from their mouths doesn't mean they are weak.
Tsunade:
Haven't seen any other characters move after being impaled by something like a susanoo sword let alone falcon punch one!!!
Afraid of blood from being traumatized by the death of her loved one, Dan, Tsunade let's orochimaru stab her to save naruto.
She also fought against hanzo and was named one of the legedary Sannin. She also became the first female Hokage.

Kushina: Constantly overlooked. This woman was a master of sealings and had exceptional chakra.
Look at her surviving a beast extraction. Last I looked, all other jinchuurikis died after having their beasts extracted.
Half dead AND STILL ABLE TO HOLD DOWN THE NINETAILS. DAMN. IMO, kushina is the strongest kunoichi.
Prepared to die. Enough said.

Konan: One of the most overlooked akatsuki members!! She almost single-handedly defeated Obito.
Her powers are insane:

Sakura: probably the most hated character on the base. She is annoying, i do agree 100% and sometimes I do want to kill her. But her value and worth are unquestionable.
Look at that skill, on par with Tsunade.
She is not afraid of death. LOOK AT THIS MONSTER. She took a blade to save chiyo.
She fought a godamned akatsuki at the age of 16. AND WON.
All in all, I just wanted to say, sure they aren't the strongest and yes, they are annoying, but their matter and worth cannot be questioned!!! They are all strong in their respective ways and here are 4 kunoichi you shouldn't underestimate!!!
