Is Kiba underrated or just weak?

Basically what the thread title says. I really can't tell at this point, the only real move I ever see him use is that twisty typhoon thing with Akamaru and the other thing where he sprays piss everywhere.

kiba like almost all of konoha 11 is under rated

according to third databook,only naruto,neji,sakura and shikamaru are above him and he's in same rank with lee

from 4th databook predactions only naruto neji and sakura are above him...

he's really under rated and he need more screen time hope we can see MAYBE Team 8+Neji fighting Edo Kimimaro in anime this would be great because we have see them only fighting Zetsu Clones :S

I like Kiba and yeah he is underrated i wish they would give him something hopefully when k11 get to naruto and them kishi will show us some awesome shots of Kiba

maybe kiba will help a lot he can turn into Two Headed Dog but Obito can take him easily in his dimension xD like all of Konoha 11's ninjas expect to Naruto

Hello!

I think Kiba has some exceptional abilities. Training and living with a ninja dog his entire life, and having extra ordinary smelling senses. This said - in direct combat he isn't that strong. Surely he is stronger now, and will become stronger, but his true force lies in tracking / hunting enemies. At this he is indeed a top ninja, and even those that can hide their chakra presence can't hide their smell U_U

He's underrated IMO. He was pretty good at the end of part1 there's no way he got worse after three years. He just doesn't have any screen time like Neji or Lee, and we all know they don't suck. And I think in one of the recent databooks it says he learned a move over the time skip called "fang whirlwind fang". If its better then the wolf transformation it must be really powerful.

The poll is really... tied. And I know it's probably impossible because there's no land to train to become a sage for dogs like there is slugs, dragons and toads, but it would be cool if Kiba or Kakashi became Dgo Sages.

When the series first started and I saw them both (kakashi and Kiba) using dogs, I thought they would both tie in together at some point, but they never did... and I remember when Kiba was fighting that 2-headed guy and used that huge dog thing as well, that was really cool, I just don't get why he hasn't used that again or been shown to use some more fusion techniques with him.

And speaking of Kiba, has he ever been part of the main cast in any of the movies (besides the one where Kakashi gets kidnapped)? I think a movie would do really good for him, because he is starting to slip tbh

He's underrated. People think he's weak because he can't summon meteors from the sky and use kamehameha from his mouth.
