Scroll of Suigetsu; Uchiha clan/RDS

I know they're have been a lot of threads like this, though I've never read one, so sorry if you had the same idea, these are my own thoughts, none of these are stolen.

When Suigetsu first found the scroll this was his impression;

Which leads me to believe that it has to be one of two things, the Uchiha clan coming back from the dead OR a way to reverse the reaper death seal.

To me these are the only two things that fit the caliber to change the Shinobi war.

do you guys have any other ideas of what could be on the scroll?

I dont think its either of those two, and I think that because of three facts that were given right there in that panel:

1) Suigetsu said "Orochimaru even considered something like this?". That means that it was something experimental that was border line insane even for Orochimaru. Reviving the Uchiha doesnt fit that description, and besides, in any case its reasonable to assume whatever experimentations he was thinking of in that scroll was done before the Uchiha massacre.

2) Suigestu said "this data". This one could potentially have something to do with the RDS, but it surly rules out anything to do with reviving the Uchiha, as you cant revive anything with data, at least not in that context.

3) "this data can even be used to gain control over the war". Again, back at the data reference, this is saying that what ever he read, its something that could be used for massive crowd control. But again, its just data, so by plugging in the data part into the context Suigestu used leads me to believe that it has something to do more along the lines of a loophole of a jutsu (like Madara did with edo tense), or some forbidden long lost tech.

4) and finally, there's the whole matter of Orochimaru taking Sasuke to "the ones who know everything". Because of that little adventure, I HIGHLY doubt the scroll is meant to revive the Uchiha clan, other wise Sasuke would have just used the scroll instead of bringing back Orochimaru to get answers.

No but Orochimaru said to Sasuke about meeting this someone or not, so who knows whats in that scroll.

He also said that only Orochimaru could do it, which means it's something of exponential power, due to him talking about talking to the one who knows it all, I doubt it's a loop hole. Sasuke talks about it like he wants to talk to these people to learn about the past, so we have to ask who has been alive from the start? It's not SO6P, though you can't say that, you never know Kishi, so i believe it may be elder/younger son perhaps?

OR he killed the ramen guy and planned on reviving him as an edo, to make enough ramen to consume the entire world, and Naruto is the only one that can eat out of it, since Kurama is so damn hungry, that's why he's the chosen one.

At one time I thought it was Dragon Sage Mode, but he said he would need Orochimaru help even though Orochimaru couldnt become a perfect dragon sage and Kabuto did. He could have just asked Kabuto how to in MS.

People have to keep in mind now that these chapters have come out, we see Oro saying, " Why would you want to talk to them? Which means that it's not a jutsu/ how to get rinnegan/ etc.

What's your best guess on what it'll be? I'm starting to learn towards elder/younger son.
