-I raise my left arm towards the right, and slash down in a horizontal angle. My hand passes down from Xanthe's shoulder, to Zero's hip. The slash rips open both Xanthe and Zero's shirts, slicing open their backs, and exposing Xanthe's breasts.-

Point your toes to the ground, and begin running with your stomachs still on the ground. Start off a bit slow, and then slowly pick up speed. You'll eventually reach a point where you'll be going so fast, it'll push your entire body up. Once you reach that point, come and talk to me.

So, what, we're supposed to build up the strength in our big toes?
I quickly get up to remove my shoes, whereafter I get back onto the ground. After a few failed attempts to move my body with my toes, I begin to get the feel of how to balance and wiggle my body in order to gain speed. Without further ado, I begin to, eh, crawl?
Am I doing this right? o_O

Point your toes to the ground, and begin running with your stomachs still on the ground. Start off a bit slow, and then slowly pick up speed. You'll eventually reach a point where you'll be going so fast, it'll push your entire body up. Once you reach that point, come and talk to me.
*I start running on the ground while pushing off with my toes, ever increasing in speed.*

Er, no. To both of you. Think of yourself having a parachute, that opens if you're going to fast. When the proverbial parachute opens, you'd instantly gain a lot of wind resistance, and you'd fly back (assuming you were going fast enough.)

The goal of this exercise is to gain enough wind resistance to eventually fly back.

Er, no. To both of you. Think of yourself having a parachute, that opens if you're going to fast. When the proverbial parachute opens, you'd instantly gain a lot of wind resistance, and you'd fly back (assuming you were going fast enough.)

The goal of this exercise is to gain enough wind resistance to eventually fly back.

I hate to be that guy, but crawling forwards, lying on our stomachs and using our toes as propulsion in order to reach a certain speed where a proverbial parachute opens and sends us backwards...
I'm not sure I understand.

The goal of this exercise is to gain enough wind resistance to eventually fly back.
Lying down flat on his stomach, Hawke lifts one knee up to his chest and raises his arms behind his back like a pair of wings. Pushing backwards with his raised leg, the Inuzuka's body is jerked forwards. Without hesitation, the Inuzuka repeats the process, lifting a knee up to his chest and using it to push his body forwards in quick, jerking movements. To begin with, Hawke loses his balance every time he attempts to maintain the momentum, but as he repeats the process, he slowly learns to keep his balance, allowing him to actually gain some speed and have his body raise itself slightly upwards due to the wind resistance under his body.

Something like that?
