Warning: What you are about to read is purely opinion and may contain an outrageous amount of SPOILERS.
If it isn't obvious yet that Madara and Obito are by no means on the same page in this war then it will soon become evident for everyone to see.
What I am referring to is the fact that Obito's ultimate plan has been the Moon eye plan while it would seem Madara had left him with a blueprint in to an entirely different set of plans.
From the very beginning when the doubt was clearly cast on the identity of Tobi by Kabuto, what became evident is that Obito was afraid of his "former" partner in crime. When Kabuto used Edo Madara to blackmail Tobi, if this was his co-conspirator that he had no intention of double crossing, why would he be afraid of him?
One can argue that Obito was afraid of Kabuto using Madara against him since he knew how much of a threat Madara Uchiha could be to him, but one thing was obvious...Kabuto would not be able to control Madara Uchiha, let alone flush his mind and make him a mindless drone.
So now that Madara Uchiha is free from Kabuto's contract and no longer under his control, Madara Uchiha poses a threat to Obito's entire plan and to Obito's well being. It's Mano a mano.
Obito would have had the upper hand if Madara Uchiha was not aware of Obito's betrayal from Kabuto.
Now the question is who will throw the first punch. I think Madara Uchiha will probably be the one to do so. Unless ofcourse Obito booby-trapped the "Uchiha fan" to somehow unsummon or disengage the Edo Tensei.
As we are aware from the Manga, Kabuto told Tobi or Obito about he failsafe and how to unsummon the Edo Tensei Jutsu:
What are your thoughts?
Will Obito seal Madara Uchiha?
