To explain the reasoning behind this, Kabuto had just cut Tsunade's arm muscles with the chakra scalpel as well as cut through her chest muscles, making it difficult to breathe. It's common knowledge that if you don't breathe when you hit you might as well be caressing their face. On top of that, like i said, he cut her arm muscles.

One of Tsunade's main skills is to overcome injuries,.. That's pretty much a fact covered in dúh.
Kabuto is a skilled Medical Ninja, Tsunade is the one who perfected those skills.

It's the complete opposite of plot no jutsu, it's staying true to the character.

If Kabuto would be able to incapacitate Tsunade, I'm pretty sure you've complained about the a lower rank ninja taking out a Sennin.

I don't think that was an asspull, I think Kishi knew full well what he was doing before hand. I think he wanted to put Madara in a class entirely of his own. Kishi loves his Uchihas.
