Yes, remember when he teleported the naruto clone into the other demension without killing it? But apprently he can use his mangekyou on himself, just like Obito. But I think Kakashi's mangekyou is more destructive than Obitos you know? Like kakashi can rip people's body parts off like he did to Deidara, or he can teleport whole humans like the naruto clone as I said.

I don't think that's right.. Kakashi can use his kaumi where ever he wants unlike obito who can only use it on himself, or objects he physically touches. So I think kakashi just used kaumi on himself, but he can't make like parts of his body go to the other demension like obito, you get what I'm saying?

Yes they are the same eye, but different powers. Look up mangekyou sharingan on NarutoWiki and look at Obitos, it explains how they are different, but still connected.
