He only revived Orochimaru because of the curse mark on Anko. The guy was doomed otherwise. Who else could he revive?

Sasuke is one of my two top favourite characters, but he's not the best. And he hasn't mastered every aspect.
He could only bring back Orochimaru because he used the Curse mark of Anko. It's not something he can do whenever he wants.

It's Orochimaru, I thought after 4930 posts you would be able to spell the characters' names.
And he didn't revive him, he extracted him from Anko. Orochimaru isn't ever really dead.
Plus, even if I did count that as reviving, Sasuke can't do that to anyone else.
