Let me just say this as calmly as i can, i have had it with all of you people just picking on kakashi. Threads such as kakashi hype or obito was beating on kakashi. First of all it may appear to be plot but its not he has improved naturally. He has steadily and gradually been improving throughout the manga. Yes now he can use his MS abit more but its a gradual sort of improvement if you look at how long he took trying to take of deidaras arm waay back then it took forever and while he was trying it was draining his chakra and taking a toll on his body and he was pretty rubbish at it so it took a while before he even got his arm. Then against pein we saw quite a vast improvement which people probably thought was plot or rediculous and now the same thing has happened again he has improved to a new level of mastery of the MS and with it his aim has improved therefore he does not need to spend so much time aiming meaning less chakra is taken and he feels less of a toll on his body because he is so good at it and can kamui so quickly. It is now instataneous whereas it wasnt before.
Secondly for people saying how was kakashi able to kamui himself the answer is simple before he did not know of another dimension or got sent to it so why would he even try to kamui himself and now that he did get sent there he used his superior intellect to escape via kamuing himself which is what he is doing on the manga panel many cannot understand (no he isnt taking his eye out lol).
To the question is kakashi kage level yes he is he can quite easily beat a few kage level ninja, the easiest of which i can think of is mei terumi, tsunade is debatable but im not so sure about that anymore. Yes some kages he cannot beat but its not like we are proclaiming him the strongest kage cause that would be silly. But he is indeed kage level.
Yes one technique does make you a kage level ninja just look at the fourth raikage A or the fourth hokage minato or even obito. So no complaining people.
Lastly if you guys think even for a second that kakashi was getting beaten by obito that easily think again because he was distracted in shock, or maybe even was not fighting back which is what i think and now he is in fighting mode and we will see how good he does against obito maybe he will lose but then again look who he is loosing to obito, i see no shame in that. So all i can say is look forward to the following few chapters and for kakashis awesomeness. I actually know an easy way he can win throw kunai then kamui it goes to other dimension and kills obito but we will see.
