Rotation will constantly push the flames away from him, leaving Neji himself untouched. Air palms are not easily dodged seeing as it even took Kisame off guard from how quickly it was executed.

Even one body blow is enough to keep the flames off of him for a few seconds, giving him time to react to it.

You have it backwards. Neji would overwhelm Sasuke in taijutsu. Rotation can counter everything Sasuke throws at him.

No, you misunderstood the Susanoo...people think just because the Susanoo is made of Chakar Neji can turn it off, but that's no true in order for Neji to stop the Susanoo he needs to go throw with force and brake the Susanoo denfense and turn off Sasuke Chakra then he can stop Susanoo...Susanoo Chakra comes from the user not the Susanoo itself.

Proof genjutsu doesn't work on the Byakukan? because i have never seen something that's says that in the Manga and no one is underrating the Byakukan, but compare to the Sharingan it's not so good.

It might burn rotation for a little while, but it will subside when Neji stops whene there is nothing else to burn.

Chidori is not busting rotation and neither is chidori spear. And don't even try to compare rotation with gaaras sand. Their defense are completely different on how they work. You can argue on me for this one, but you will lose.
