Neji vs sasuke

Neji vs sasuke(-susanoo) who do you think would win? I m not understating sasuke with this thread but I was wondering if sasuke without susanoo can still win neji.
NOTE I m kinda trying to compare sharingan(without susanoo involved) and byakugan

Being a close range fighter vs Neji, will give you trouble.
Genjutsu will not help vs Byakugan.
Amaterasu can be taken care off with Kaiten.
Neji has long range gentle fist attacks.
Sasuke has sharingan to help him in close combat, but the moment Neji his 64/128 palm strike,
hits Sasuke, the match is over.

I feel like this would be quite an even fight,
with slight disadvantage to Sasuke.

I think the susano'o could even be countered by neji. considering susano'o is one big ball of chakra and nejis special abilities consist of blocking chakra

where is it stated that byakugan breaks genjutsu sasuke still has ems just no susanoo his genjutsu feats stays the same he can paralize and make neji see things

also rotation is useless amaterasu burns chakra plus blaze element as a defense air palms are easily dodged as for neji pushing amaterasu off neji needs to concentrate we seen what happen to nagato is shira tensei is instant close combat wont be needed amaterasu & blaze release is enough to kill neji
