Itachi without a shadow of a doubt. People think he is as strong as Madara, can take on the five Kage at the same time and so on. It's laughable.

His healing abilities are the best, huge chakra reserves, Wood dragon that can supress even the tailed beasts, can make the battlefield for his advantage, defeated EMS Madara with Kurama and perfect Susano'o and so on. Those things are facts and puts him in Top 5 in my list.

That's a hard question...I presume it's Sasuke and Obito.
Sasuke is just full of self-confidence so that makes ppl think hes so mighty....
And Obito (obviuslly) went nuts 'cuz of the Rolling Stone xd that landed on his head (and btw,I think that he gives his max in every fight and that isen't a feautre of a mighty man) u.u
