Obito only uses kamui and that he is nothing without it.
This is not true at all.

Look at all the other tools he has at his disposal.
Obito:

Earth jutus (Hiding like a mole jutsu).
Fire jutsus, like Grand fire ball, Phoenix fire, Uchiha Kaenjin (fire barrier)
and Bkast wave wild dance(this last one is used in combination with Kamui though).
Six paths of pain.
Several Rinnegan paths.
Chakra chains.
Mokuton.
He can summon and use Gedo mazo.
He is pretty good at using taijutsu and fighting with Shuriken and other weapons.
Of course he can do genjutsu with his sharingan and
he is capable of doing Izanagi.

If you sum his jutsus up like this, than it is actually quite a lot.

Obito do have much things under his sleeve.but izanagi can be done from a wasted sharingan eye and only 1 time(he already used).that shuriken was brought from kamui.and 6pop was already demonstrated by controlling tailed beasts he can use it more. But whom now?tailed beasts are sealed in gedo mazou now for creating 10 tails.

He is also fast, I mean he keeps up with BM Naruto, not many can do that.
